1. Protection and Processing of Personal Data 

1.1. The Service Provider processes the Buyer's personal data (name, surname, email address, telephone number, team name, and payment information) in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia. 

1.2. The personal data provided by the Buyer is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Performance of the Distance Agreement (purchase processing, invoicing, and sending access links);

• Ensuring the execution of the game (team registration, compilation of results, and communication regarding the event). 

  1.3. The Service Provider undertakes not to disclose or transfer the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g., to licensed online payment processing companies or banking institutions for transaction verification) or when requested by law enforcement authorities in accordance with legal procedures. 

  1.4. The Buyer's data is stored only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by the Accounting Law of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer has the right at any time to request the correction or erasure of their data, or to receive information about its processing, by writing to the Service Provider's email.
